Office Hours

Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. The office is closed on weekends and holidays. Specific Doctor’s hours may vary.

 Appointments

Most appointments need to be made in advance. In the event that a new or urgent problem arises, we will do our best to accommodate each patient as the schedule allows. Always notify us as soon as possible, if you will be late or must cancel an appointment. This simple courtesy allows us to squeeze in a patient with an urgent problem.

If you miss two appointments without notifying the office in advance, or if you cancel three appointments with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to make a $25 deposite before you can schedule your next appointment.  If you keep your appointment, the $25 will be applied to any future co-pays or out of pocket expences.  If your insurance covers 100% of our fees, the $25 deposit will be refunded to you.
